Welcome to Fitness Krazy, my name is Zamir, and I have been into fitness since I was 12 years old when I purchased my first set of dumbbells. I have been training ever since for the last 30 years.
Why Writing a Blog?
I have been wanting to start writing a blog for a while (been thinking for the last 10 plus years) and never got around to doing it due to the normal busy lifestyle we all have, and things are always put on the back burner. I have always been passionate about writing since primary school. I wrote my final year play from a book for the class to be present to parents. I received great praise from my teacher and the parents, but I have never followed up on my writing skills.
I have not remembered much from my primary years, but this is the one thing that I have always remembered, so that brings me on to writing this fitness blog. I want to combine my passion for writing and fitness and share it with the world.
Why am I Krazy?
Do you remember when emails first started (20 plus years ago), and you had to create a new email. I don’t know about you, but I came up with the email address Krazy_Zamo on Hotmail because we had no Outlook back then, and the best part I am still using that email even today, maybe not to apply for jobs, but I do still use it, and it has even had an upgrade from Hotmail to Outlook. Now you know how the name “Fitness Krazy” has become part of my new fitness journey and brand.
Over the last 30 years, I have only concentrated on my individual fitness, which has been fantastic. I have learned and gained so much knowledge from this experience by self-educating myself by reading books, watching YouTube videos, and following other fitness fanatics worldwide. Now I want to help and share my knowledge with anyone who wants to listen. I have started to take some further education so that I am giving out the correct information.
I have started to study the level 2 Gym Instructor course and the level 3 Diploma in Personal Training to increase my knowledge and understanding of health, fitness and wellbeing even further than my current experience. Once these courses are complete, I will be studying nutrition because, lets be honest, you will never achieve great success in health and fitness without the correct nutrition.
It is nice to share the love with you
I aim to help as many people as possible across the world about health, fitness, and well-being, whether that be losing some weight to someone struggling with mental health issues or just learning about health and fitness. When they say the world is your oyster, the world is certainly my oyster now.
