This is a tough question to answer. It depends on the individual, and what there aim is what they are looking to achieve over the long term. Personally speaking, the only way to lose weight is by creating a caloric deficit. This basically means eating fewer calories than your body is using for energy daily. It is effortless to describe but a lot harder to achieve because you really have to count your calories for everything you eat daily. The excellent thing about knowing about your calories is that you really learn about what food is good for you, what to avoid, and what fats to cut down on.
Is creating caloric deficit easy
It all comes down to how do you define easy; it can be very straight forward one individual and totally difficult for another. It certainly can help with weight loss and get you fit but does require a certain dedication, not impossible, but just like everything in life, consistency is key. There are so many diets that you can do, but most of them are unsustainable over the long term, so if you really want to put in the work and want the results to last long term, then eating a healthy diet is the only way.
Do diets not work when trying to lose weight
Diets certainly do work for some individuals depending on the diet you will be doing. I read a lot of success stories of people losing weight doing certain diets. I would never say that they do not work of course they do. Do they work for everyone? Certainly not; everyone is different; everyone has different goals and results in mind, so what works for one person does not necessarily mean it will work for you. The diet industry amongst the health and fitness industry is huge worth Billions every year. Will that ever change very unlikely because you will always get new diets and programs coming out.
Does Coffee Diet work for losing weight
Let us look at this example that encourages you to drink coffee but cut down on other foods to create the calorific deficit. Is this method sustainable over the long term? Certainly not ask yourself how long will you be able to keep drinking coffee and cutting out other foods. It will certainly work short term and get you some weight loss, but it is not sustainable over the long term, and as soon as you stop doing it, you will gain the weight you have lost. Not just that it is unsustainable but drinking all that caffeine is not good for your health.
Exercising can increase calory intake
When you are exercising, the body is using up energy. Hence, after exercise, the body wants you to replace that energy, so exercising can make you eat more sometimes to replenish that energy you lost during exercise. So if you are relying on eating what you like while doing exercise, thinking that you will lose weight overnight will not happen in a hundred years. When you choose to get healthier, you have to start eating protein-rich foods, control your carbohydrate, decrease saturated fat, and replace them with unsaturated fats. While eating healthy and doing exercises is not only going to help you lose weight, it will help you get really fit, feel that energy from morning to night, get really strong, to face any obstacle coming in your way.
How to lose weight fast
Can you lose weight quickly? Of course, you can lose weight quickly; can it be done overnight? No chance, it can still take anywhere from 6-12 weeks on a strict nutritious diet and plenty of exercises. There is no such thing as losing weight quickly. If someone tells you that it can be done overnight, then they are talking total crap. It takes a bit of dedication and commitment, along with a full-body workout plan. If the mind can believe it, the body can achieve it, so it all comes down to the individual.
